- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on an hourly rate, with an initial 2 hour minimum time slot, and a one time fuel fee. We do not charge for shrink wrap, tape, or dollies. These items are included at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to reach out to the customer initially, and find out their specific need's. It's important for us to get a good idea of the scope of the project, as well as for the customer to know they are working with real people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 1999. We employ professional movers with experience in the field, and our track record speaks for itself.
