Introduction: Time Organization Focus Energy Effectiveness Efficacy Time is something that we never seem to have enough of, especially when we need it. Using your time wisely in times of urgency is key. Organization is the key to a more efficient life. More happiness. More peace. Focus, being able to put all other thoughts aside and do the task at hand with the end result in mind. Energy, keeping a positive attitude, pacing one's self and knowing there is a light at the end of the "tunnel". Effectiveness, viewing the scope of the project, making a plan, executing plan using time, focus and energy. Efficacy, being goal oriented, using time wisely, using supplies, labor, energy to the best effect. These are a few things that I pride myself on in my work. Using them all at once creates a drive that gets me, and my clients the goal desired. The work I do isn't a job. It is a lifestyle that I have created for myself. One of purpose, drive, determination and at last, joy. I love nothing more then the relief on my clients face, seeing that they can and will get through a transition. I genuinely love helping people. Erin did a great job with communication and executing our packing agreement. She gave me two days of work and her crew were friendly and efficient. She helped pack for an interstate move and storage. I would recommend her. 😊

Erin was incredible. I had never met her before our encounter through Thumbtack. We were relocating from TX to MD and my professional obligations did not afford me the time to pack our home. She came out gave me an estimate and followed up appropriately. Erin packed my whole house for a reasonable price. Unfortunately on the day of the move the moving company I hired did not bring the appropriate size truck. So many of our belongings were unexpectedly left behind. I turned to Erin again she was able to get the rest of my belongings loaded on a trailer, coordinate for cleaning, and get our home in Texas ready to show for sale. In hindsight I should have just coordinated the whole move with her! She was professional, on time, fair, reliable, and most of all trustworthy. If she is still doing this the next time I move her company is hired. I say company because by then she will have become the UBER of moving!

Packing and Unpacking

Erin showed up right on time along with her helper Adam. She came the very next day....on a Sunday. In a matter of hours, she and her partner went through all of my boxes, unpacked kitchen items, clothes, miscellaneous items and managed to properly store EVERYTHING in a neat and organized way. Her demeanor was absolutely refreshing as she went about her work with a focused determination to complete the task at hand and to do it with taste and class. I would highly recommend Erin Pedraza to unpack any items you have from a move requiring her help. Erin and Adam thank you both for taking that load off my shoulders!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My hourly rate is $40.00 an hour. I can and will hire more labor as needed, all labor costs will be discussed with client. I can and will get supplies: ie; boxes, tape, bubble wrap, packing paper, contractor bags, etc as needed. Supplies will be charged to client.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When approaching a new project, I almost always need to see the scope of the project. What I see, client may not see, what client sees, may not be what I see. I like to call this a "walk and talk". This part usually takes an hour, and we can really talk about the goal, what needs to happen. After that, we can discuss a plan of action, scheduling, supplies, labor and time line.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started helping friends and realized how much I love what I do.
