Miss Adams pays attention to detail. She suggests what will make the event above the success rate. Being specific about the needs of the paying party and working with the other vendors to make sure everyone is giving 100% in performance and attitude as to make the day a memorable one; for the right reasons. I am impressed by the way she handle business with the least to the most important person on the totem pole; leading by example with the interns that every person is vital to the success of the event. As a business owner she is timely and expects the same from those doing business with her. She stays with the event from start to finish, check in over the course of the event, and stays until everything is set back in order.

If you have already started your wedding planning you know what a task it is. I didnt realize how much goes into it. I started the wedding planner search shortly after starting. I am SO happy I found Nathan and Chavah. Not only were they so affordable but they really turned all of what I had pictured in my head into reality. She added special touches for free for things I wouldnt even think of. They were all about making our special day really special without nickel and diming us over every little thing which was so nice. Everything was gorgeous. I told her what my thoughts were and they tied everything together and it was better than what I was even thinking (especially for what we paid!) From the beginning you will feel at ease. The entire Vida Chic team was so impressive and friendly. They made sure to keep everything within our budget (which was huge for Robbie since thats all he cared about!). People are still talking about how elegant and beautiful our wedding was... 6 months later! They left a great impression on our guests as well as us! Thank you Chavah and Nathan! I hope everybody gets to experience what we did! Definitely go through them! You will not be disappointed!

I'm a PA girl that was trying to plan a wedding in Oahu to keep it close to home and family. I didn't think I would need a wedding planner since my family is there and I am pretty creative myself. I thought, obviously, I wouldn't need one. I also thought it would save more money for me to do it all myself. It sucks that I was wrong on both ends. Why doesn't anyone tell you this before you rip your hair out? I was still pretty skeptical even when I walked in to meet Chavah - but I walked out of there a free and happy woman. I thought I was just going to hire her for the day-of package but when I saw her work I knew needed her for more. She basically took all the horrible stuff that I didn't want to do (scheduling appointments, organizing contracts, payment schedules, blah, blah, blah) and just asked me what I wanted and what was within my budget. What a difference from endless emails and calls back and forth from florists, Caterers, bakers and on and on. Chavah had a list of vendors that she had worked with organized by who was the least expensive to who was the absolute best. We figured out what things were the most important to and hired the best caterer and the things that were the least important we hired the less expensive vendors. She was amazing. I have never heard of any other wedding planner doing this! She really cared about what I wanted. We even cut out the monogrammed napkins and added a monogrammed light for over the dance floor. The monogrammed light was actually cheaper and made such an amazing difference. And who cares about napkins anyways! It was just on my "wedding list" I got on the internet. Never trust the random wedding stuff from the internet. Hire a professional. It is totally worth it. After several florist meetings I decided to just go with Vida Chic for my flowers as well. She charged 10% my lowest quote from other florists and they were so gorgeous. She is a magician.

Vida did a fantastic job with planning the wedding of my daughter's dreams. They were thorough, attentive, and responsive to our needs and wants throughout the entire process. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I genuinely love weddings. I have been in the events world for over 10 years but nothing is nearly as rewarding as the moment you get to watch a beautiful bride walk down the aisle with all of her friends ooooohing and aaaaahing. It's amazing every time!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choose someone you ultimately feel good about in real life. Anyone can look good on paper but this person will be entrusted with one of the most important days of your life - make sure there's a good connection and they really understand exactly what you want!
