Pricing really depends on your goals and duration of training! From $40-99 a session
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I take CEC's through ACSM to keep my certification up to date! Also always studying to get more personal training certifications !
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always a two sport athlete from a young age all the way into college. I had very bad sports injury which required therapy and the help of a personal trainer to get back into competition form! I had a great experience with my trainer which inspired me to study kinesiology and get certified as a personal trainer. I want to help other people.
