- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing that can be found on our website. We are actually a team of a photographer and photo booth operator. Since we work together, we are able to offer great package deals to include photography AND a photo booth rental together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we have determined availability and confirmed pricing, we email a contract to be signed. A deposit it required to book the rental. After we receive the deposit, the custom artwork is created by our professional artist, Andres. He can work with a logo or create a few options based on the color choices listed on the contract information sheet. Once a final photo strip is selected, we are ready to go!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with brides/grooms, wedding planners, corporate event planners, homeowner's throwing a house party, and college marketing recruiters. We are always interested in trying to places and meeting new people!
