- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process for new clients begins with a 15 minute phone call. The 1st Stage - Address Owners Initial Concerns - Are We A Good Fit? - Setup a Property Visit to Confirm We Are A Good Fit The 2nd Stage - Execute Management Agreements - Setup Owner's Portal - Notify Emergency Maintenance Team of New Property From here, we go to market. For 2017 our Median Days On the Market for a Rental was just 20 Days! For 2017, we filed ZERO Evictions of Tenants that WE Screened.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have attended Property Management Specific Courses and Ongoing Continuing Education. As a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), I am continually seeking Best Practices to reduce our risk.
