Introduction: I am a clinical social worker providing counseling and psychotherapy services to couples, individuals, and families who are experiencing conflict in their relationships. My experience and training in the mental-health field allows me to service those who feel emotionally overwhelmed. I am a private practitioner, native in the Spanish language. I was born in Mexico but naturalized in the US. I completed my master's degree in Chicago in 1994 and have been working as a social worker ever since. The field of mental health has taught me the emotional pain that people endure due to illnesses or as a result of behaviors and addictions which are difficult to resolve. My work does not cure anyone, but I do help the client through their process of understanding in achieving emotional stability, so that a healthier relationship with children, a partner, or coworkers results.
