- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have standard prices for each service. However, I also give student, veteran and multiple service discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my client and find out the motivation for services and how I can best help them achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been given the opportunity to work with different nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions over the years, in a capacity where I can help empower those in need and advocate for others. In this time, I have been able to develop myself as a social worker, fundraiser, volunteer, leader, academic and career development adviser, presenter and consultant. I am an ENFJ and according to Strengths Finder 2.0, my top 5 are: Strategic, Connectedness, Activator, Individualization and Belief.
