- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 property management packages, which include different levels of protection. Our upgraded packages include rent protection, pet damage protection, free inspections and other great benefits. We have no hidden prices and all our prices are on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a discovery call to find out more about each other. During this call, we will provide information about our services and will try to find out more about the client's property. We will do a rental analysis and the next step will be an onsite visit, so that we can have a better look at the home to see if it is rent-ready.
