We use what we call the triple check system to address quality control, during and after the works completion the Foreman inspects the work, then the Superintendent inspects the work and last but not least the Estimator that originally bid the job, met the customer and put together the scope of work inspects to see that all is as originally promised.
We don't stop there, video and photographs are presented to the customer from beginning to end to provide the customer with a visual eyes on the roof so to speak, representation of what is actually going on with their roofing project.
