I found H20 through Thumbtack. I needed an owner owned/provided Fleck 5600 series water softener installed, as well as kitchen faucet installed. I was going to install both myself, but I don't have the free time at the moment and I really wanted the water softener running on a new home build. H20 quoted me a great price, came out the very next day to perform work, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional, and responsive to my calls before and after the work was completed when I had a few questions lingering. Definitely saving their number for any other water softener or appliance installation issues.

Ask for John. I bought a home with a Clack water softener and I knew nothing about it other than it was installed in 2016. I had installed a Flume water sensor that attached to the water main and reported how much water I was consuming at any point in time. I noticed that the softener regeneration was consuming a huge amount of water each week when it went though the regen cycle. John came out to do a system inspection. He first tested the water hardness and it measured at a 13. The softener was set at 31 which tells the unit that the water is really hard. It will use more salt and regenerate more often. John corrected the settings and changed the unit to not have standing water above the salt pellets which caused the salt pellets to be consumed more quickly. He set the regeneration to every 2 weeks. All-in-all, I will use less salt and water (for regeneration) and save money. In addition, I asked John to check the water pressure coming from the water main as it seemed really high. It measured at 110 which is extremely high and not good for my plumbing, softener, yard irrigation etc. He recommended a person to help adjust the pressure reducing valve next to the water main. I received double value from John's visit - water softener is now configured properly and John helped me avert a plumbing disaster from the high water pressure. Obviously, I highly recommend John.

Had another person who was suppose to install our GE water softener and they flaked. Ended up going to H20 Pros. John was sent on New Years Day to my house to do the install, which I said wasn't necessary. John was professional in everything he did and even took the time to talk thru things that pertained to the water softener and how to maintain and do future troubleshooting. Thanks for everything.
