I joined this gym and hired Heather aa my trainer on Monday Yall she is the most beautiful person inside and out. This gyms has a unique vibe. I am so impressed with the equipment, neatness and professionalism of the entire staff. Heather is supportive of my nutrition and health dreams but she also holds me accountable. Leslie is amazing. I've only been training with her for 2.5 weeks now and she has been so kind and thorough and awesome. I'm generally a little self conscious about working out but Leslie has made me feel very comfortable and has also educated me a ton me about a variety of different aspects of health and wellness. I've been seeing her twice a week and am hoping to continue as long as I can sustain it financially. Leslie is the best. Seriously.
Chef Bon has been coming to our house each week for the past three and a half months, and she has changed our lives! Not only is her food amazing, she has catered to our needs, and our health has improved greatly. After being diagnosed with diabetes, in a short three months, I have been able to lose 25 pounds, lower my blood sugar and cholesterol all by eating her yummy, healthy foods! She is very personable, reliable and really cares about us. I can't recommend her enough.
I have gone through 7 weeks of wellness coaching and its truly a life changing experience. We've dug dip into self care by discussing healthy food options, breathing techniques, affirmations and learning to be comfortable being uncomfortable. I've thoroughly enjoyed my growth and look forward to implementing more action items within my daily practice.

I wish I could give more than five stars. Richard is knowledgable, patient, and committed to improving your fitness and overall health. He can connect with as easily with beginners as with those who've had some prior experience with personal training or an athletic background - he's a good teacher as well as a personal trainer. Working with Richard, I've made the most - and fastest - progress with my fitness and weight-loss that I've ever made. He keeps sessions interesting (you're never bored) and tailored uniquely to your progress and fitness level. Definitely recommend.
I have struggled with diet and exercise most of my life. When I met David, he explained without judgment what I needed to change in my diet to help me achieve weight loss and overall good health. I am a 59 year old female and I know at my age using weights are a necessity for bone strength. David has trained me using weights with proper form and I feel incredible afterwards! Brittany is the first trainer I've ever worked with, but I'm very glad to have found her. During our first session I felt that she was easy to talk to and very thorough in body assessment, health history, and my goals for improving my health and fitness. When it came time for the workout she was encouraging and extremely attentive to form. When she mentioned a diet plan, I was a little scared as I've never meal prepped and certainly didn't want to be hungry. She said I wasn't getting enough calories and I've yet to be hungry (the first few days I even had a hard time eating all of the food). The plan she offered is easy to prep and delicious. I'm 5 days in and have had a consistent weigh in of 1lb down for 2 days now (my weight fluctuates daily so I'll take that as a win!). She's there to check in, and very responsive when I have questions. I'm still very much beginning in my fitness goals, but looking forward to continuing to work with her and glad to have her in my corner to help me meet them!
I came across Survival of the Fittest during a critical time in my life. I was in a transition period both personally and professionally and needed a fitness regime to help me tone up and reduce my stress. A friend recommended Donna Gordon, owner of Survival of the Fittest Personal Training. Coach Donna and I clicked from day one. During our 5 am sessions, she was prompt, cheerful and always motivated me to reach my goals. Coach Donna helped me recognize poor eating habits that were sabotaging my results. Overall, this was an excellent experience and Coach Donna is an awesome trainer that will get you the results if you put in the work.
My experience with Ms.Vanessa Cantu was amazing!!! My communication with my daughter has become very open and loving. My daughter has said that she does not feel shy to talk to anyone anymore. She thanks Vanessa for helping us communicate with each other. Not that we didn't have an open relationship, it's just has grown so much more than ever. Gaya is just an amazing health professional. She was prompt, professional, and responsive to my description of issues. She worked on my sciatica and my lymphedema. Sciatica began felling better immediatelt. Sceduled weekly sessions for the next four weeks. Highly recommended!
Alice has helped me get started with Yoga after many years of unsuccessfully trying to do so myself. We have some specific injuries that we are addressing, but are also focussing on flexibility for future health benefits. It's amazing how far I have progressed with her help after just 4 sessions!

Germain is such an impressive source of knowledge. The App he utilizes for his coaching programs is phenomenal. He is timely, professional, and intentional to cater to your desired goals. As a result of signing up for coaching I was able to lose 12 pounds, but most importantly I regained the self-love and confidence that I always promoted to my participants as an instructor, myself. I always iterate how important it is to find something you love whether it be lifting heavy weights or running or swimming or dancing. I have always felt best when I'm active and mentally healthy and a huge component of that is fitness, but I was in a rut and I just couldn't get out of it on my own. I didn't want to workout and I didn't want to go to the gym. Germain helped reinvigorate my passion for fitness and rediscover my niche.
