Introduction: Hi there! I am an at home personal trainer. During COVID-19, I have adapted to using FaceTime and/or Zoom to hold my sessions. I believe in taking a lot of pre-caution during these tough times. I am licensed as a NASM certified trainer along with...Mental Toughness,Integrated Flexibility Training, and Integrated Resistance Training. I am a hard working trainer who is devoted to my clients. I want the absolute best for my clients and I do whatever it takes for them to get to their goals. I believe in creating a fitness lifestyle for my clients. I include nutrition tips as I am currently working on my nutrition license, and I include a kick-butt workout for whichever goals come my way. I do range from working with clients that have had shoulder injuries to training those to get into the Navy and Military. Personal Training

I've never had my ass kicked in such a caring and loving way. The Individualized training program has helped me to progressively build strength. It has also helped me to push myself beyond my comfort zone. What has emerged is a stronger me mentally and physically. I am eternally grateful 😊.

In writing this review I wish there was an option for six stars and the ability to choose all of the recommended descriptor words above. JBFIT came highly recommended from a friend. She has been working with me for six months and it has revolutionized my physical fitness. Prior to working with JBFIT, I have exercised and played sports just enough to convince myself the extra weight and being out of breath at the top of the stairs there’s nothing to worry about. But at the start of the year I knew I needed some accountability and guidance. With JBFIT I have A trainer who encourages me, and challenges me with every unique and specific work out. I have seen my body transform, my posture improve, and my trainer even identified some weak or miss used muscle groups in my body and helped me activate those for healthy workouts and healthy healthy life. Julia has the most important quality in my opinion when it comes to training. Which is being personal invested in her clients progress and growth. She values both the physical and emotional growth that comes from training and it shows in her personalized workouts.

I love working with Julia. In the first month of training with her, the strengthening of my core and form massively lessened the strain of daily life. My confidence also soared. I learned how to engage my body, both increasing my connection to it and making the exercises way more effective. Julia's enthusiastic and functional approach to fitness makes an engaging and efficient path to achieving your goals. Even over a video call, she is highly perceptive of your form and excellent at helping you work on it. She never lets you shy away from working hard (or harder) when you can, and the work is always an appropriate challenge. I highly recommend her to anyone of any age, goals, body-confidence level, or gender. She will both hold you accountable to the progress you want on your own goals, and inspire you to keep fitness a part of your life.

I have been working with Julia twice a week for six months and can confidently say it has changed my life. I have skeletal abnormalities that make it challenging to self-train. Julia has made a workout and nutrition program tailored to my goals of weight loss (post-pregnancy), building strength, increasing body positivity, and gaining self confidence. She has helped me with posture and functional movements to support my work as an in-patient RN. I routinely need to lift heavy patients and move in awkward positions for my job, and I'm terrified of permanent injury. Now, patients always comment on how much stronger I am than I look! I also have chronic back, shoulder and hip pain which has vastly improved since I've been training. Julia is now training two close family members and my husband refers his clients to her as well. The online video calls are so convenient and Julia is amazing at seeing small muscles and movement changes over video, which is not easy to do. Please do yourself a favor and hire this incredible trainer before she can't accept any new clients!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer $50 dollar virtual training sessions. if a client needs to cancel on the same day, it will be $15.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a free consultation and that consists of talking one on one and then giving a few assessments to see how their Bodies move. I then come up with a program and the journey begins!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have two years of experience and a bunch of certifications. I worked a with U.S coach as well.
