Introduction: I am a personal trainer and/or nutrition coach whose main goal is to work with you to create a healthy lifestyle. I will provide you with training sessions and nutrition knowledge that best fit your goals and your schedule. Also, your accessibility to equipment. We will work together to create a healthier and happier lifestyle for you. I am offering in-person training sessions for $55 a session, we will discuss a location that works best for you. I am also offering virtual training sessions, via zoom or facetime, for $50 a session. ONLINE TRAINING AND NUTRITION: I am here to offer workouts and nutrition that will allow you to reach your goals on your own time!! This is perfect for someone who has a schedule that changes every day and can’t commit to a set time to workout. In this program, I will give you workouts at the very beginning of each week that you will complete on your own time. These workouts will be tailored to you and your goals that you will be accomplishing. These workouts are also based on the equipment you have access to. With this program, I also give you a structured meal plan or I provide you with macros, whichever works best for you. I have been a personal trainer for four years now. I am currently training client in-person and virtually. But, over the last few years I have noticed that a lot of people have schedules that change daily and it is very hard for some to commit to a set time to workout. I want to be able to cater to everyone and this is why I am offering these programs! Nutrition Coaching: I am a NASM certified Nutrition Coach, and I also have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition! My main goal is to work with you to help you create a healthy lifestyle. Together we will find the best path to reach your nutrition goals. During our sessions we will create a plan, I will inform you of the best foods that work specifically for your body. I will coach you and support you in creating healthy habits. I will teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle, while still being flexible and balanced. Which means, NEVER cutting out any foods that you love, and actually learning how to benefit off of and implement those “bad foods” that you love, in moderation. We will make small, weekly goals to accomplish your overall goal. We will work together to create a healthier and happier lifestyle for you! 25 minute nutrition counseling sessions for $25. YOGA: Yoga for relaxation, flexibility, and stress relief! I am offering yoga in the mornings. This practice will focus on poses that will have you feeling energized and ready for the day! I am also offering yoga sessions in the evening that will focus on relaxing the body and mind after a long days work. These sessions are focused towards beginners! I only offer virtual sessions. I have been a personal trainer for four years now. I am currently training client in-person and virtually. But, over the last few years I have noticed that a lot of people have schedules that change daily and it is very hard for some to commit to a set time to workout. I want to be able to cater to everyone and this is why I am offering these programs! A little about me, I have been a NASM certified personal trainer for over two years now. I recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and I am also a certified Nutrition Coach through NASM. I played competitive soccer growing up. I unfortunately had two knee surgeries, ending my soccer career. Through this time I experienced the effects that lack of physical activity and nutrition have on your mental and physical health. Every day I experienced tiredness, sadness, and lack of motivation, among many other feelings. After my recoveries, I decided to implement weight training into my everyday life. Weight training gave me a new physical purpose, but more importantly, it changed my mental health. I then quickly decided to prep for a bodybuilding competition because my competitive nature took over. This is when I really started to implement nutrition. I firsthand got to experience the effects working out and nutrition have on your physical and mental health. I was the most physically fit I had ever been. I experienced more energy, better sleeping patterns, and lower stress and anxiety levels. But what I really noticed was the effect it had on my mentality. I was finally motivated and happy again. This is why I became a personal trainer. I want to help lead others to experience the effects a healthy lifestyle can have on your everyday life. I have experience training a 22-year-old female who is wanting to gain muscle, all the way to a 70-year-old man who has various joint issues. I would love to help you reach your goals

Im 43 years old, I’m 5’4 and started at 157 lbs, I’ve been working out with Ms. Paige for 3 weeks now, (found her right here on Thumbtack). Muscle weighs more than fat I know this, my current weight after 3 weeks 3 to 4x a week with her Using dumbbells , barbell weighted squats and lunges and doing LOTS of planks , and push ups , and various resistance training ALL in my front yard, my current weight is 155 but I can already tell that I’ve lost at least seven or 8 pounds of fat and gained muscle weight!!!!! My face looks thinner and younger. I did the research, I found a wonderful Doctor Who can do liposuction but I’m 20 or 30 pounds away from my goal and $6000 to $15,000 for a surgeon versus $50 a session with Miss Paige may wind up helping me look way better and help me feel better too(and save me a ton of surgery money). $50 a session x 3x a week x 4 weeks is only $600 a month. I’ve wasted my money on gyms. I didn’t have anyone to push me to do two more reps or push me to do one more round. I haven’t had anyone to really guide me on the foods I eat. Miss Paige is compassionate, we talk about my adult children, we talk about my goals in life, and in two or three months I know that my body will be prettier (thinner and toned) and that 50% of the progress relies on ME being a good girl when it comes to eating the right foods and NOT canceling any of my appointments with her. I mean really , she goes out of her way and drives all the way to my home !!!! To prepare for her arrival I get two clean towels and lay them out in the front yard, grab my water bottle with my favorite crystal light strawberry packet with caffeine and she arrives and we do stretches then we go into more strenuous exercises, an hour later I am sweating and through it all she tells me good job…or she says “keep going, just three more you’ve got this”. This young lady is a gem, she knows all the muscles, she knows so much about strength training and she competed and won competitions, yet she is so humble and caring, you will feel as if she is the daughter you never had that is helping you to be the best you, that you can be!

If you’re looking for the best personal training experience, stop right there because Paige is THE ONE! I started my training with Paige years ago and life has not been the same since. She is really invested in each client and supports them every single day. Paige knows that every client is different and creates custom workouts that truly fit you! She constantly motivated me not only through reach session but in life too. Paige was such an All-Star Trainer and became someone I looked up to so much that I myself went to school for Personal Training. She knows her stuff and taught me so much about macros and nutrition I could probably write my own book. My favorite part of training was knowing that Paige was working just as hard as me during each session. If I could describe Paige in one word it would be FIERCE!
