One of the best studios I've been to in San Antonio. You can tell he actually cares about that music. When my artists are there he makes sure we put out the best product possible. Definitely recommend!!! Soundcloud.com/hybrid_global
I really enjoyed working with Kevin on my 4 song project. He helped me capture the passion in my music. He is very professional, knowledgable, patient, and an excellent composer. Kevin's turnaround time in producing my music was timely. I asked Kevin to collaborate with me on a film project and I am really stoked about the opportunity to learn from him. I highly recommend Kevin to enhance your music and bring it to the next level. His rates are great and money well worth spent for me. Review by NoizeFilter Music
I have recently completed a 5 song project with Jake. It was clear from the beginning that Jake had great experience in music composition and production. His experience shines brightest when developing songs with background vocals and instrument accompaniments. Being our first project working together, Jake was both patient and honest; which is very important when recording marketable music. Most of his musical ideas added great value to my songs. I would describe his musical ear as appropriate and clever. I'm a believer that all music has a direction, a message. Jake clearly supports this notion. Put simply, Jake was a pleasure to work with. He will challenge you and tell you what he believes. This will ensure the best possible product.
Jason is extremely professional and very attentive to detail! He produced my first CD and graced my original singles with his amazing guitar riffs. Clockright Studio is not only a studio I will continue to work with, but it is extremely affordable! Keep Rockin! Nisha Nandez
We hired Taylor to produce a song our daughter wrote. He was very professional from the moment I contacted him. He communicated with us quickly and often, and sent us ideas within 1 day. He quoted a very reasonable budget, and stuck to it. He had a lot of fantastic ideas that improved the song. When we met with him in his studio, he didn't waste time, but started working the minute we arrived. There are a lot of talented musicians, but it is rare to find one who has talent, AND knows how to run a business. Taylor is one of those! We look forward to working with him again on other projects.
Christian Mccollum is an outstanding producer/musician/and recording technician! He knows his stuff and will make sure you get the sound you want at a reasonable price without ever compromising the artists own view. He is awesome to work with and my band and I have loved every second of it. Our EP is about to be released through Dream Harbor studios later this week and we couldnt be more excited for it! Chris did an amazing job with our first single and the EP is sounding incredible! Dream Harbor is a small company but it wont be long until its a household name, with their quality, reliability, friendliness and professionalism Chris Mccollum and DH are on their way to the top. Its been an absolute blast and privilege to work with Chris and get to know his band and family just as theyve gotten to know us. It has gone beyond just business and now Chris has become a good friend who we can make jokes with, go see shows with he and his awesome Wife Marianne, and jam with! I would recommend this studio to any artist of any genre of music, Chris works with just about all styles and does outstanding work with incredible attention to detail. We cant wait to come back and record our first full length album! Burn The Reign supports Dream Harbor 100%! We love you Chris!
I am an Minneapolis based choreographer and artistic director of a dance company by the name of STRONGmovement. I had the opportunity to work with Animal Abstrakt on a 35min production that was performed in July of 2017. Collaborating with Animal Abstrakt was an amazing experience, he was able to make my vision come to reality with the sound scape he created tailored to the piece I created. This was my first time producing a show were the music was specifically tailored for the movement on stage. All three show sold out, we had about a total of 2000 audience members and had nothing but great feedback about the vibe and power of the show. Thank Animal Abstrakt.
J The Producers musical ability and professional experience incomposes all the positive aspects of music recording industry. I have been producing music for 39 years and have had several songs in the charts. I started having AudioIntegrity do my mastering many years ago. The results are Outstanding!!! I recomend them Highly!!!!
In all my years (over 20) in recording music both live and studio work, I have yet to work with a producer/musician/engineer that has surpassed or even come close to equating to John Bamber (JB Recording). I would recommend him to anyone both locally or from afar to consider him on just about any project - jingles, voice overs, full albums, EPs and beyond!
We've been working with Ron Flynt at Jumping Dog Studios for many years with great results! We have also referred many people to Jumping Dog Studios for recording and mixing music. Ron is a caring consummate professional, as well as a great musician himself. We highly recommend him and Jumping Dog Studio in Austin Texas.
At Sobre Sound, we've worked with 9001 Studios to cover a number music related events such as concerts and festivals, a press conference, even a music industry convention. The material has been consistently beyond expectations, the work ethic extremely professional and not only do 9001 Studios execute our vision, they add a creative touch unmatched in San Antonio.
Aaron Glemboski is absolutely fantastic. I read a book titled "Quintessential Cool People to Make Your Music Sound Awesome" and Aaron Glemboski was the only name listed in it. Ever since then, I knew he was right for my project. In all seriousness, I found out about him from Thumbtack! I called a few people, and they either were not very friendly and obviously didn't love their job anymore or they seemed too old-fashioned in their ways. I can't deal with not friendly for obvious reasons, and I can't do old-fashioned because, well, my music is electronic. Which is anything BUT old fashioned! I saw Aaron's website, and I thought, 'Goodness me, there's no way that I'll be able to afford this man's work. His website is so ridiculously cool and professional looking!'. I called him anyways. He was SO easy to talk to, and he had a sense of humor while still keeping me on-topic (which is difficult). I then asked of his price, and it was very reasonable! THAT is when I really knew he was the right guy for the job. At first, my project was going to be folk. Which was perfect because he does a lot of folk/alternative rock stuff. I then switched my album to be electronic, and I won't lie. I totally wondered "Can Aaron do this? This isn't exactly his specialty." Well he proved me DEAD wrong, because everything has come out spectacularly. If you are folk, he's perfect for you. If you are rock, he's perfect for you. Rap? Perfect. Classical? Perfect. Alternative Punk Polka Electronic with Carribean influence? He's perfect for you. Another thing, is my voice is extremely dynamic. It's just really difficult to record. Of course, Aaron has no problem with it. He's always on time. He emails back very quickly, and works in a speedy manner. He always genuinely cares about your music, and if you like the mix or not. He knows a ton of musicians that are ready to do studio work for you, and has many other resources to share with you. He gives great advice when you want it, and doesn't when you don't want it. But you should always want his advice because he knows what he's talking about. Also he's funny, and just a great person. Pretty much the coolest person ever. Seriously, just stop what you're doing and call him. Or email him if you have social anxiety issues.
Damian produced a video our school - the Audio Enginearing Institute. He did such an awesome job that I hired him to do two more. He is one of the few in this business that actually knows what he is doing! He is a fine musician; and that type of creativity spills over into his audio and video production. Damian: YOU ROCK !
I have worked with Peter on the recording of two full CDs of my cowboy poetry and one single. The Rhythm Room studio and equipment are top notch professional. Peter Carey is a great engineer at recording and mixing voice and music. My poetry was recorded separately from the background tunes and Peter expertly combined the two so the music could be heard but not overpower the poetry. I will work with Peter Carey's Rhythm Room as long as I'm producing CDs.
Deuce helped me produce several electro-pop songs. He was very good about listening to exactly what I wanted, and was able to work around my creative style. He improved my arrangements, and added much-needed dynamics to my tracks. He's a gifted musician, and sensitive to his clients' artisic needs.
Nick is wonderful! He helped me write and produce my first album. He is very knowledgeable with editing & mixing music and is very creative with songwriting. He is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with any part of songwriting, from the creative process all the way thru the production end.
Jay Aaron Podolnick produced my debut record "Rosebud." His dedication and talent were evident throughout each stage of this intensive process. His eye, or ear in this case, for detail are precise and focused. Jay is very passionate about music and takes his work to heart. On top of his excellence in his craft is a wonderful and honest person. If you are reading this and considering working with Jay, I recommend you listening to the work he did with me. Despite whether you like my music or not, I'm sure you find the production of this work to be on an extremely high level. He is a sonic guru to be sure.
I have been recording and producing music for nearly eight years. When you take into consideration the fact that I am only nineteen, certain questions usually come to mind: Could he be any good? Does he have much experience? Has he worked with any established names? The answer to all these, in my opinion, is "yes". At only nineteen, I have had the pleasure to work with a number of signed bands, including The Maine (Warner), Brighten, This Century, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Bless the Fall, and more. I would say my knack for harmony and arrangement, along with my ability to see the "total picture", is what separates me from other producers and engineers of all ages. I aim to make recordings come to life, to give the artist everything he wants and more. I strive to push artists to their full potential and accept nothing less than perfection. Education I graduated from Desert Mountain High School, class of 2009. I left in December of my senior year to pursue recording records full time (although I left, I did leave with a diploma). The past From the age of 14 to 17, I recorded nearly fifty artists in my mother's house in North Scottsdale. When I left high school, I felt it was time to move to a more professional working environment. I started working for Bordur Studios (Tempe, AZ). There, I had my first run in's with a label band, and learned the virtues of honest hard work and determination. My career began in Memphis, Tennessee, at Easley-McCain Recording. I credit most of my studio education to Doug Easley and Davis McCain as I learned the relaxed, supportive recording style known in Memphis as a mix of hands-on production balanced by open, creative interaction with musicians. I began as an intern and became the studio manager during my seven years in Memphis. I worked with notable local bands The Grifters, Reigning Sound, Big Ass Truck and The Oblivians and out-of-town bands The White Stripes, Rocket From the Crypt, The Spinanes, Jets to Brazil, The Promise Ring among others. In 2002, I moved to Dallas, Texas and began freelancing in studios in Texas, across the United States, Canada and the UK. In 2007, I bought a 1940's storefront building in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. I designed and built the studio, Elmwood Recording. In 2012, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I recently finished building a mixing studio. My latest projects include producing the newest releases from The Baptist Generals, Black Joe Lewis and engineering songs for Polyphonic Spree and East Cameron Folklore. Over the last few years, I've been fortunate to win a Grammy for mixing Loretta Lynn's Van Lear Rose, to work with Cat Power on The Greatest and Jukebox, Modest Mouse's Good News for People who Love Bad News, The Walkmen's Bows and Arrows, Phosphoresent's Here's To Taking It Easy and Riverboat Gamblers' Smash Grab and The Wolf You Feed.
