- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I built and managed the pest control side of my father's inspection business for over 7 years before I started in home inspection. But I've been in construction since I was 12. I also managed country clubs for 10 years. So I can see the structural and technical side of the house but communicate with others because of what I learned in the club management business. I do this business because I get to use my skills developed in all those fields and help others to understand the inspection process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our main job is general home inspection but we are also certified to do pool, septic, water well and termite as well
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some inspectors may offer you a 200 percent guarantee...that is just a gimmick to get your info to other providers....we stand behind our work 100 percent. Our goal is a long term client who refers us to their friends and family as well. Here is a satisfied client... "Blake is a total professional.
