The steel beam he installed wasn't jacked up enough, so my doors upstairs don't close. That was the reason my doors didn't close in the first place. Consequently. Now I. Have my patio upstairs with standing water when it rains and it drains to my family room downstairs. They charged me 4730.00 to install the steel beam. Then, he put a toilet upstairs, which I paid for, told me he may not be able to match the existing tile and suggested a cheap brown tile. I said ok, and assumed he was going to replsce the entire floor. He did only the small part he removed and replaced the baseboard with a non matching one. I ssked him how much he would charge prior and he asked me, how much do you have? That should have sent up a red flag to me but my husband has dementia and I am doing my best to care for him. We are seniors and cant afford to keep making corrections to others mistakes. Oh, he charged me 600.00 dollars for the terrible job in the bathroom and I can't. Close the door. Its worse now than in the beginning.Sep 18, 2015VerifiedRey C.'s reply
