The owner was willing to make things right for me which I appreciate even though it took the Technician 2 trips....a total of about 8 hours (approximately 4 hours per day) I liked the Eco-friendly solutions. My eyes stung a little, but not a chemically smell. Barely any fumes, but I still sat out on the porch as the Technician worked. RUSHED ON THE FIRST VISIT The technician was polite, but I felt that he rushed the job the first time around. Also, he made several comments that bothered me. INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS He said when he first got there on the first visit that he wished he could be doing a different job (paraphrased) which made me rhink that he did not like his job. That came across in the work that he did thd first time. He also asked me to be "reasonable" with him on the stains, even though I was being very nice to him and not being demanding at all with him. It seemed like in the past he had had some very rude customers in the past. On his first visit, he was making way too many excuses as to why he thought that most of the stains would not come out of my sectional. I told him to just try his best to get the stains out and the second time around he did get most of them out (except the ink stains). Personally, I felt that he was just being lazy or was suffering from some type of physical ailment on his first visit, because it's a physically draining job and he was sweating profusely even though I had the ceiling fans and AC on. Therefore, I allowed him to go out to his truck to rest when needed, because he seemed so mentally and physically exhausted. I felt bad for him. The last comment was that he felt like my sectional was "old" even though it was bought around 2004 (13 years ago), but now looks almost brand new after he cleaned it. Just inappropriate comments made to me as a customer. But, other than that he was nice. He did my sectional and carpet on his first and second visit. SECTIONAL The first time he came out, he didn't clean the bottoms of the cushions or underneath the cushions. The second time, he did. In addition, the ink stains did not come out of my sectional and he left large water/stain remover solution marks the first time, so the second time he removed the majority of them. Lastly, the first time he failed to clean the top and sides of my ottomon. The second time he did. Sometimes, people take advantage of kind people. Maybe he thought that I would not notice the job he did since I was out on the porch. CARPETING He also failed to suck up all of the water from the carpeting. It took a week instead of a day for my carpet to dry. This was very inconveniemt for me. He failed to clean two small areas (one in the corner of my Master bedroom and one was in the corner of my dining room), so he had to come back to redo the job. When he did come back they did not charge me which was good and he did humbly take full responsibility for not doing a good job the first time which really impressed me. The second time around, the carpet only took 1 - 2 days to dry. On his second visit, he got out most of the stains, except lipstick and mascara, but one reason was because I was helping him get out the makeup off the carpet. I got on my hands and knees and was scrubbing the stains off myself with "Carbona" Ink and Makeup Stain Remover. PROMISES NOT KEPT The first and second time around, the thing that bothered me was that he promised to do 3 things for me, but failed to do so: (1.) On the second visit, he promised to put on Scotchgard for free. My friend and I never smelt the fumes and it didn't bead up, so we knew he didn't put it on even though he told us that he had after we asked him if he did. (2.) On the second visit, he said he was going to put an iron on the makeup stains since they didn't come out on both visits, but he failed to do so. Those stains are still there. :( (3.) On the first visit, we found a broken mouse tail and he suggested to pick it up (I guess for health reasons) for me, but I ended up having to do it instead after he left. We, women, don't like to handle dead animals. I take people at their word. RUSHED OFF BOTH TIMES BEFORE MAKING SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB Also, I wish that he hadn't rushed off and had asked me before putting up his hoses and equipment to look at the job he did on both occasions. Both times, he was in a super rush to leave without saying good bye or making sure he didn't miss a spot, etc. Other than those things, I am happy with the job that he did. On the first visit he would have gotten a "2" rating. But, after the second visit, I am giving him a "4" rating, because my carpet looks clean even though not all stains came out, but the deep, bad ones are faded now. I would recommend "Master's Touch Steam Cleaning" to others & I would maybe hire them again if next time, I would get a more customer service oriented, personable, and honest Technician who kept his promises although he seemed like a nice man and I feel bad for him.
Amy did a good job, she was prompt, worked around the carpet cleaning people, and her price was fair. We would hire Amy again. There were a couple of minor things she missed, but overall we were satisfied. Amy did indicate that if we were not completely satisfied that she would come back and make it right on her dime. The items she missed were very minute, not worth having here drive back to take care of. The fact that she holds herself accountable says a lot about the pride she takes in her work. Thank you Amy.

We hired Jones Immediate Cleaning Service to do a deep cleaning of my mom's 1-bedroom apartment near downtown SA. My mom is 75 years old and in great need of deep cleaning of her home and carpet. The carpet looked great afterward, and they got through a coating of thick dust on her shelves, and the blinds and fans. The only reason I held back the last star is that there were some delays (since they forgot to load up their deep carpet cleaning material), and a few cobwebs were left in some corners. That said, I do thank them for accommodating our schedule and returning later that day to do the deep carpet cleaning since my mom was going to get new furniture delivered the next day. Thank you!

The carpet cleaners arrived right on time and got to work. About an hour and a half later the carpets looked 100 times better! They were quick and efficient and worth every penny we paid them. What they quoted was what we paid. They didn't try to "upsell" us on anything, which we really appreciated. We would recommend them to friends.
This was just too easy. I had a loveseat that I had purchased second hand and actually had it cleaned before by another company and it really didn't look any different. It has a pattern to the upholstery that kind of runs together. Ryder Gaffney of Spot On Carpet Cleaners treated the fabric and then cleaned it . The change is remarkable. It looks brand new. Justin was very professional. I kept telling him how I felt like I wasted so much money on Steamers Cleaners because they would not get the urine smell out of one particular area in my carpet. I don't know what Justin used, but I can't believe it and I can't smell anything on that area anymore. I'm very pleased with his services and will continue to use him in he future.
