- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally work and price by event. We will be providing some standard menus with pricing shortly, but we will always strive to offer competitive pricing. We understand the overriding importance of Budget and will work with you any way we can to provide quality product while respecting your budget needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak, or meet with the client briefly to determine the type of food, level of service, budget constraints, and any other specifics they may have, in order to prepare an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 25 years experience in Hospitality and Catering, I have had total responsibility for nearly 2000 Catering functions.
