- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal in terms of pricing is to offer a fair price for an amazing installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A site visit, process explanation, and helping the customer know what to look out for. As much as I would like to be every customers choice, if I can leave them with a better understanding of a good installation, my job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate enough to work for a company that was tied to a manufacturer. We were able to test many technologies and learn how to perfect them.
