FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you really dont have to have your leaves, clippings bagged then opt out, and if you have a regularly maintained lawn/service then its easier to maintain& mow and as a result, less costly. I would never even consider charging more then I believe my work is worth however... This is south Texas, its not easy work and it can be dangerous, equipment , gas, travel are all rising costs. Please keep this in mind. Above all I can work with any budget, you let me know what your comfortable with and I will do my best to be reasonable and flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to be friendly, prompt, and honest. I aim to be personable but professional and pay attention to detail. I find that just seeing a property and communication with the new customer will answer most questions, if I am unsure, I always ask for clairification.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning, our south texas lawns, weather, soils, are always changing and if I cant adapt or adjust my work to fit your needs then I have cut us both short. I have been very lucky to have some seasoned professionals to help me along the way.
