no such beast with me. Flat hourly and very fair and detailed.

I keep on track by watching sites, and if need be will take a class. I do a lot of reading and research during down times.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw a need. I've known several small business men who just need someone to help keep them organized, get their bills paid, keep AR floating above water +. Even some companies who have paid a lot of money to have a small web site or fliers created only to be disappointed.
