- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate fee to include admin time and mileage as well as onsite time . The only extra fees would be travel out of immediate area, tolls, bar expense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the new client to obtain information on their needs. Scheduling the case to fulfill the needs. Constant communication between the investigator and the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensing requirements and continuing education. 18 years experience
