FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In some cases we have basic pricing, however, projects are not always the same and do at times present additional work due to obstructions or unforeseen circumstances. (e.g. In some cases we have had ceiling water damage and the drywall was painted over and when a ceiling fan was removed the drywall fell apart and became more of a project to install new drywall or installing curtain rods and the drywall was old (brittle) and water damaged.) Just a few examples and there are more to this type of work and this is why contractors offer Estimates/Quotes and should not be taken as absolute as unforeseen circumstances can alter everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over the projects with the customer and take Before & After photos then access the materials and approximate time frame for completion with a (+ or -) option based on the project and unforeseen circumstances. (e.g. unfavorable weather or termite or other type/s of damage or attention that may need additional work. After we agree on the service and fee, we schedule the work time and date then prepares contract for signing and then begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Presently we are getting involved with various associations in the building business to get certified.
