Robby and his associate were very helpful. My elliptical had been broken for about two years and was basically unusable unless riden on an incline. Robby analyzed the situation and took his time to listen to our concerns and examine the problem from every angle. He was able to inform us that our issue was a manufacturing problem and helped us move forward in the next step. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for repairs for gym equipment!!
