My name is Jason Kilgore; I am a personal trainer/sports performance coach. I earned my bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Texas in San Antonio after serving in the United States military. I have held personal training certifications from two nationally accredited organizations since 2006: the first being from The Cooper Institute and the current from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am infatuated with how the human body operates and responds to different stressors, especially that of exercise. Human movement is extremely fascinating to me, and I strive to learn something new about it everyday. Allow me to help you achieve your fitness/performance goals, whether that be increasing strength, mobility, achieving your first pull-up, losing body fat, decreasing your 40-yard dash time, learning to eat properly, etc. The human body was meant to push, pull, climb, sprint, jump, swim and carry. If you truly want to enjoy Total Body Transformation, You must Commit 3 days per week! I teach holistic fitness which includes diet, meditation, yoga, weight training, and cardio cross training. I also train for your mental, physical, and personal goals with a custom-built routine designed by us, and our synergy together. It can be Self-Paced, or I can push harder if you wish. None of it will be easy, but I like to do yoga and cross training at the river to make it a better, more pleasant experience. Diet and exercise are the main two things we can do to improve health and appearance, so stop with all the sugar, and start up with the greens! Hope to see you out there sweating with a smile!
