*Amazing Service* We were very lucky to have hired Chris, off Thumbtack, 4 days before our event! We had one quick phone call about the details of our Reception and Chris was all set. He showed up early to get set-up and offered to stay late as the party kept going. He was so friendly and interactive with our guests, we could not of asked for a better bartender! I highly recommend him for any events you are having.

I encouraged my soon-to-be wife to hire Barbara in order to balance the chaos of too many Pinterest boards, and to assist with "day of" coordination (setup, vendor point of contact, and scheduling). Without a doubt, I am so thankful we did have Barbara with us. Several pre-wedding meetings helped rein in and focus the design attributes and theme of the wedding and reception, and logistics such as floor layout and alternate poor-weather plans were great stress-relievers. Barbara's pleasant, unruffled demeanor and easy problem-solving quietly saved the day multiple times. I highly recommend Barbara for any event planning and coordinating, but most especially for a DIY-minded bride (and groom)!
I hired Beverly for my 3/25/17 wedding in Canyon Lake. She was such a joy to work with throughout the entire process. I know nothing about flowers and she was more than willing to meet with me several times and even met me at a wholesale floral supply company to show me different flowers and to get a feel for what I liked. I told her what I liked and gave her my colors and she did the rest. She was affordable and worked within my budget, actually keeping us below our budget. My bouquet was gorgeous! I'd given her a rosary that belonged to my grandmother to wrap around my bouquet and my coordinator told me she gave it such great attention. It was perfect! I got so many compliments on the flowers, especially the gorgeous alter arrangements and the fresh flower cascade on my cake. I highly recommend Beverly and her work for any event.
My family and I had a private reception at our home. We contracted their cleaning services for the after party. I loved the professionalism the staff brought and how fast and detailed they were. I consider my money well spent and will definitely hire them for future events.
Jordan was a true pro. When I first thought about hiring a "day of" coordinator for my wedding reception, to be held outdoors at a grand old home on the San Antonio river, I didn't really understand all the work that person does long before the day of the event. From our first communications on Thumbtack before I even hired her, she was friendly and knowledgable, asking plenty of questions to get a sense of what I wanted. Meeting her, she was thorough and efficient, getting contacts and following through with all my vendors. She was onsite the day before and first thing in the morning, making sure everything was set up properly and in place. I spent a blissful 5 hours not worrying about anything but visiting with guests because Jordan was making sure everything ran smoothly, including getting us in place for the cake cutting and toast. All the vendors appreciated her as well. I can't recommend her enough, and am so happy I made the investment. It was more than I was planning to spend initially, but she was worth every penny. We loved the music variety, transitions between songs, and how they personalized it to us. They can be interactive with the crowed like a performer or quiet in the background. It depends on your event. I would use them again.

Bozo the Hozo is a fun, charismatic and energized performer! He is very entertaining and children of all ages enjoy his show. We hired him for our AAEYC picnic for the children and they are still talking about how awesome he is. I highly recommend him for your next part or event!!!
Calah is a planning/spreadsheet genius. She helped me organize everything from my wedding budget to all of my ideas and choices for every detail leading up to the wedding. She also did an incredible job with putting together the bouquets for my wedding party and myself! I didn't want to deal with real flowers for us because I had dealt with oil and water getting on the dresses before, so she suggested that I used fake flowers. I don't have a creative bone in my body so I let her take the lead on this and she went and bought everything and put together the bouquets and they were beautiful! So we ended up doing the same for the boutonnières and corsages.
The wedding timeline experience went well- Susan provides great guidance and helped the flow of the wedding go great. Setup and wedding day of preparation could have gone smoother.
