I have been taking studio and private yoga sessions with Michelle Bowles for almost two years. I began as a tagalong with my wife but because of Michelle's comfortable but persistent guidance into yoga I began soon to realize and experience the mental and physical benefits of the practice. Michelle's only drawback is that there is only one of her.

Oh, and it gets real hot (more difficult for a home practice). * Restorative -- if you want to feel like you just got a massage, this is the class for you.
