By far my best experience doing yoga! Each session was a solid workout and a lesson in breathing. One of Taryn's finest skills is her ability to listen and apply feedback. She adapted sessions based on the conversations that we had about what was working best and the direction in which we wanted to go. Taryn is professional, mindful and down to earth. I would certainly and highly recommend Taryn as a yoga instructor.

I was blessed to be able to receive an hour long Reiki session with Messina. Firstly, she was extremely personable, professional, and punctual. There was a small informal intake between us before she began the session. This was nice because this was my first experience with a Reiki & Chios practitioner. Her gifts are genuine.
