Quality Work & Outstanding Results. This team did an outstanding job on the project I hired them for. They bent over backwards on my schedule and always was 15 mins early to the site even if they had to wait for my arrival. Event: Due to a faulty installation of a emergency drain pan installed by the builders; we had water drain from the drain pan to our cieling due to a pipe not being connected correctly. As a result water completly flooded our cieling causing a massive hole. Once the issue occured we found a plumber to resolve the plumbing issue and dried all the excessive water with a fan and damprid. We also put out our project on thumbtack to find a sheetrock specialst and this team immediatly contacted me and informed they can do it. We then waited a couple of weeks before scheduling the consultation with them as we were waiting for the plumber to close their part of the project. Once the plumber completed the plumbing project we contacted them and they immediatly scheduled a consultation time and priced the sheetrock project for me. Action: During the consultation they asked for a small deposit to obtain the supplies needed to complete the job. I paid the deposit and they came during my next availability schedule and arrived 15 mins early ready for the project. When the project started they focused on cutting out all the wet sheetrock and replacing it with new sheetrock. After they removed the sheetrock they took measurements three to four times and went back to their truck and cut the correct portion of sheet rock to fit it back in to the cieling. Once they installed the new sheetrock they used a particular sheetrock mixture to resurface and rebalance my cieling to blend in the sheetrock with the rest of the cieling. Once they balanced it they sprayed texture and tried to match it the best they could to the old texture. However, they were not even satisfied with their work and they asked if they could re-do it. They came back during our next appointment re-sprayed the texture and matched it better to almost where it was not even noticeable. They waited another day and came back to re-paint and I was pleased with how it looked. Results: In my opinion they focused on quality not speed. Although they came back 5 different times I was extremely pleased with the results as they rebuilt my cieling one piece at a time rather then rushing. They focused more on the end product results and our satisfaction rather then rushing and going to another job. I was stunned on how well their quality of work and craftsmanship was as they restored us back to normal. They made our cieling look as nothing had occured. Pricing was more then fair and they are an honest team trying to take care of the little guy that was taken advantage of by the big builder. Although, it took a while to finish I am glad I was patient becuase the results were second to none. Please review the photos for the before, during and after to gain your own perspective on the project. Overall, I would hire them again for any of my sheetrock, texture or painting needs. As a note: Be prepared to take time off your schedule as this is not a rushed process. Thank you again for the awesome quality work! I will send more business your way if anyone asks me. Great Job!
