Terry is a great trainer who keeps fitness enjoyable, but tough. He provides a safe environment that allows you to push yourself beyond perceived limits. My results during training exceeded my expectations, and i would recommend him to anyone.

What can I say about Jose! Jose is an excellent trainer and coach. He is very patient and timely for all sessions. He provides comprehensive training as well as meal plans to keep you going. All customized to you! He is also so accessible-- you can text him anytime about any random fitness question (Is this snack bar okay? Does this Jawbone thing make sense? Can I cut carbs for life?) and he cheerfully responds-- with smilies thrown in. If you are looking for someone to really push you, without being pushy, he is your guy. Honestly, I was nervous about working with a trainer- as someone who is not very fitness inclined. I was worried about being judged (looking silly), wasting time/money, and being pushed to my breaking point. That never happened. Jose is never judgmental about your mistakes, he is super patient and he truly cares about getting you to your goal. Rain or shine. He is priced fairly which is so important. He also doesn't harp on money when its due-- which he should do! He trained us- no matter what! And yes, though he challenges you, he is an expert who knows what you can take. There were many times when I thought I could not do a particular exercise-- but Jose helped me prove myself wrong. I can't speak highly enough of him! Ladies, if you are worried about having a male trainer-- Jose will change your mind. He is not "creepy" at all, and you can feel like you are training in a safe place. If you have a friend, bring them-- he trains friends too-- and it's lots of fun to push each other! Jose changed the game for me, and I will continue to involve him in my health journey. I am the healthiest me that I have been in a long time, and if it weren't for Jose-- that would not have been possible. Thanks Jose! You are AWESOME!!!!!! Ive tried personal trainers a handful of times and most want to spend the first several classes talking about goals and package commitments. Day 1 with Alex was straight to business. The style is pure body weight and core exercises so theres no cheating or sugarcoating with weight training. Alex attention to detail stuck out immediately altering exercises and stretches to facilitate my strengths and weaknesses. His first two classes were free to ensure his style and program was what I was looking for. Im just in the beginning stages of getting where I want to be physically but I’m certain with Alex that I will be there sooner than later.

I have been training with Ricky Jackson for over 10 years. I first started when I began training for the Golden Gloves. My goal was to win my age group in my weight division. Ricky had the unique background of being a former professional world class fighter and a body builder. His skills in both areas helped me accomplish my goal and I won the Houston championship. I have continued to train with Ricky and introduced my 2 daughters who now train with him also. They are both in outstanding shape and capable of being personal trainers themselves. One of my daughters became an ODP level soccer player who now plays Division 1 soccer. I trained with Jennifer Koch at 24 hr fitness. She is a fantastic trainer. She consistently wore me out every workout I had with her. I really liked how she changed up the workouts each time and we never did anything twice. She definitely pushed me harder than I thought I could go, which made for an even better workout. I highly recommend her as a trainer.
I am writing this to let the world know of one of the greatest person I have had the pleasure of coming across the gym in the many years of working out. Who am I talking about, William Nguyen, aka better known as Will of course. I have known Will for many years now, I met him at the 24 Fitness located in Diary Ashford, in Houston Texas. I remembered Will coming to the 24hr Fitness as a personal trainer, he was always focus on his task at hand, which was training his client. He caught my attention, because if how focus and determine he was in making sure the client was well trained. Believe me when I say, " Those are hard, and far in between to find in many personal trainers that I have observed in the many years of working out. " Will is very dedicated to his training, and I have seen him grow as a person, and trainer. Will has never change is way of taking care of his clients, he just continued to get better at his job. Will takes is training seriously, he has recently taken his training, and body to a new level. He is now competing and doing an excellent job at it. I see nothing but greatness for this young man, he is one of a kind. I would not hesitate to hire Will to train me. He is worth more than I can put in words. I absolutely LOVE training with Amy! She is extremely professional but also very personable and easy to talk to. I've been training with her for almost two months and can already see so much improvement in my personal fitness. I also love that the sessions are in the privacy of her home gym... I never feel self conscious! Overall, I would rate my experience with Amy as a 10 out of 10!

Ralph has been my trainer for the past 3+ years and I can honestly say he is AWESOME at what he does. With clients ranging from college students to retirees, Ralph tailors each clients training experience based on their skill and comfort level. To help his clients realize their health/weight loss goals, Ralph is comfortable utilizing a variety of specialties, such as pilates, boxing, self-defense, and jiu-jitsu. He is incredibly FLEXIBLE with training schedules (which is great for people who's work schedule changes frequently). Since working with Ralph I have lost weight, improved my strength, reduce my aches and pains by improving flexibility, and am confident I could use self-defense tactics to get out of a sticky situation. I would highly recommend Ralph as a personal trainer (or for his group classes) to anyone.

When you decide to make a change, Tonya Sampson " my trainer", is only part of her label. She becomes your brand and that's the only way I can describe her. She's your life coach, sounding board, friend, sister, and that person that sometimes at 530 am has sunshine coming out of her bum and you want to punch but instead hug!! Because she's there for you!! She's changed my life to say the least. She always thinks of things that could motivate me, make me laugh when I want to cry, and just be a better person, not just physically but as a human being! It's not about the check in/out hour session for her when she is with you. She's personally invested in you and a cheerleader the whole time, whether you ask for it or not. ;) So having her as your trainer isn't what you get if you work with her. She treats you like you are literally her only client, is flexible, and has your best interest at heart at all times. She's a huge blessing in my life and honesty if you can pick... who wants some meathead trainer that could care less about you when you can have her?
Khanh is very knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. In our initial meeting we discussed my personal fitness goals and he tailored workouts to my fitness level and those goals. Whether your goals are weight loss, increased stamina and/or strength, better core strength, etc. or just general overall fitness, he can tailor a program for you. Also, I found him to be very safetly conscious in the sense of avoiding injuries and pain, while at the same time pushing me enough so that my exertion levels were a high enough level for me to reach my goals. I also always found him to be sociable and friendly; easy to work with and talk to.
Mac is a great personal trainer! If you have an injury he personalizes the workouts to your needs and still tries to increase strength and mobility in the area of your injury. He keeps things fun and moving through the whole workout. Highly recommend!
Alan is very responsive to calls and text messages about questions I may have. On my first session he got to know my goals and had a short workout session that I feel the next day just what I was looking for. His process is very professional compare to other personal trainers I've been to he's professional with his job. He takes your initial measurement and body fat percent to track your progress along the way
I get up at 5am and go workout here.. They have the best personal trainer a person could ask for.. keep up the good work..
