Carlos from Hozte Services and Appliances is excellent! Best service person I've ever had. He quoted my job at about two hours to complete after seeing photos and understanding what was needed and he stood by his quote. Carlos provided his availability which was sooner than all of the other service providers and he notified me when he was on his way. He accessed the job and got right to installing my breaker box. I am very pleased with the work he did, I've agreed to hire him for two other jobs, and I've recommended him to a friend of mine. It was a pleasure having a qualified electrician who guarantees his workmanship.

Had a leaking dishwasher. He responded quickly on a Sunday and evaluated my dishwasher quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it needed a part he didn’t have. He tried to get it from a local shop but they didn’t have it. He had to order it and when it came in he quickly came over and installed it. I loved how he kept me informed about the timing of everything. Nice man and plan to use him for future projects

Carlos provided availability and quoted two hours for job (after seeing photos of what I was requesting) and was right on the nose. Carlos notified me when he was on his way and provided ETA time. He was professional, accessed the job and got right to installing two fans. Very happy with his work and hired him for another handyman job. Pleasant to have a qualified handyman who guarantees his workmanship.
