Introduction: Thank you for considering Manny's Tex-Mex Catering for your next event. My name is Robert Sharp, I'm the catering director for Manny's, and I'd love the opportunity to serve you. Manny’s Uptown Tex-Mex Restaurante was founded by Manuel “Manny” Rios in 2005 in the uptown area of Dallas, Texas. Manny is a retired Army veteran. He started his interest in the restaurant business with his sister as a server. After learning the restaurant business, Manny decided it was time to follow his dream of opening his own Tex-Mex Restaurant, with traditional family recipes. Manny was inspired by his chef father, Charlie Rios. Here at Manny's we try to give our customers the best quality in TEX-MEX food, and strive for the best in customer service.

The food speaks for itself! Manny's has AMAZING texmex. And the catering manager Robert was so chill and patient and made the process easy. I was able to feed 80 people at my wedding for less than $1400 🙌🏼

We're super flexible. Tex-mex is one of the most affordable foods available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down with them if possible and discuss our many options available to them to get a feel of what they want for their specific event. Then I like to see how I can go above and beyond to make them happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of industry experience including just about every position from front of house to back of house to out of house!
