The tasks in property 1: prepared, installed and painted 7 inside slab doors; patched and drywalled multiple walls; painted throughout 1st floor; installed baseboards & attached shoe molding as necessary. On property 2: replaced 5x6’ area of damaged laminate flooring in 1 room; installed new laminate floor 9x12 bathroom; installed new shower door; drywalled a 4x5’ area in laundry room. Mr. Walker is very thorough, arrives on schedule and works non- stop thru completion. He did excellent work on my properties. I will use his services on future projects and I highly recommend him for your remodeling projects."See more

Michelle H. says, "Codi Morrison responded to our request on Thumbtack immediately following our initial request to have a wooden banister built in place of a 1979s white gaudy wrought iron number in the fixer upper split we bought. He completed the farmhouse-style banister in two weekends. It looks great....will try to post a picture of possible...bear in mind that it has to be painted so it doesn't look finished at present. The price was extremely fair--slightly under other comparable companies in the area...we paid him more as a result we as we were so please with this work. Despite a misunderstanding regarding the handrail...I was willing to go with his original choice for part of the job but he would have none of it. He disassembled the portion in question and reassembled the railing no questions asked. To top it off, he is about the sweetest person--respectful--kindest person you could meet. A joy to meet, excellent workmanship and customer oriented. My only qualms about writing this review is that we will have to share his expertise with others🙂. Thanks Codi for a job well done!
