I have trained with Rochelle initially in-person and now online. Her positive attitude, level of professionalism and personal training plans make working out a pleasure. Working out remotely allows me to easily squeeze in a 20 minute power workout into a packed tech industry remote office day. She an outstanding human as well.

Rochelle is a wonderful trainer. She changed my life after I had my twins. I was in pain, and after a few months my body felt better, stronger, more energetic and no more pain. She changed my workout based on my needs as I progressed, she encouraged, gave me great tips for weight loss. I’ve been working out with her virtually for several years now, I was unsure of how that was going to be but ended up loving it. The convenience, the quality private workout in my home, without the cost of having to pay a trainer to drive to and from my home. You can not go wrong with working out with Rochelle!!

I’ve been training with Ditch Your Gym since 2014. I wouldn’t use anyone else. The trainers are awesome and with the virtual option I can train from anywhere.

I’ve been with ditch your gym for about 7 years. Very flexible schedule. Gears workouts towards your individual needs. Trainers really care about you as a person and work hard to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommend.

Rochelle is great! Not only is she very knowledgeable about fitness and health but she is also very kind, efficient, and flexible. She responds quickly and is always on time. Her various training options range from zoom training, boot camps, in person training and more which make it very easy to find an option that works for anyone. I would highly recommend Rochelle!
