AJ is a first class professional Chef! From the very first time I talked to him until the completion of the Party, he was always responsive and reassuring! The food he prepared were presented very nice! The taste were awesome. Guests were very impressed! He even prepared plates for our little young guests! He also offered his bar tending service when I was not able to get one. My daughter was very impressed at the way he communicates with everyone. His staff were great as well! The catering service and all requests we made were met over and beyond our expectations. AJ and his catering service will be our family caterer for parties from now on! - What types of customers have you worked with?Off premise full service catering, we provide everything and all services needed for your event so you can enjoy the event with your guests., we also provide a service for daily meal deliveries, the food is delivered to your residence in temperature controlled boxes, ready to heat and serve with our 6 week cycle of rotating menus there is a minimum repetition of the menu items.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?We catered a event for a high profile client, event was based at a residence, 4 levels , Appetizers and Hors d' oeuvres were served on the roof, we set up a bar at all 4 levels, entrees were served on the main dining area , desserts and cordials were served on the 1st level, the 3rd level was set-up for entertainment. We picked up the client and a few of his guests from the airport, arranged for the entertainment( Belly dancers, a Jazz quartet). The client was from out of town and all this was done at a 36 hour notice.
