AJ is a gem of a man. I had contacted a few other caterers before I contacted AJ at Red Dot cuisine. I was looking for a caterer for my son’s wedding and wanted something simple. While AJ can do a lavish spread just as easily, we wanted to keep it simple. He sent me the entire menu, and didn’t push me to do anything differently, and the food was delicious. Not to mention very reasonably priced. I was complimented by all my guests on the food. I only wish I could have eaten more than the few nibbles I managed to get in. He also catered for 2 other events that were added last minute and saved the day. His crew is well trained, polite and efficient. You can’t find a more friendly and professional person than him and Red Dot catering.

AJ was amazing! I hired him as a personal chef for a surprise birthday dinner for two and it was perfect! From the start of our communication he replied to my questions quickly and accurately and was able to adjust some timing when I initially gave him incorrect information. He provided me an accurate invoice and it spelled out everything - he 100% delivered on his promises. As for the cuisine itself - it was awesome! He explained every dish and I tried some new things and all of it was a win. As an added bonus I ended up with some leftovers. I would definitely use AJ again.

AJ is a great personal chef! He's really taken to time to understand my tastes in food and has tailored the dishes to satisfy my palate. All of his meals are very healthy and fresh. He's made the best salmon that I've ever had, the greens and vegetable are fantastic, and the deserts are incredible. I always look forward to trying AJ's new dishes.

AJ was very responsive and worked so well with us to get the menu just as we wanted during the entire planning of our holiday event. The presentation of the food was set up beautifully. The guests really loved the made to order quesadilla bar! We highly recommend AJ and his team!

Good chef, efficient, orderly and prompt. A very pleasant person who tried to listen to our stringent requirements. We should have written out a monthly menu according to our personal tastes and pallets to see if it was a match. We would definitely use the service for large catering events in the future.

Off premise full service catering, we provide everything and all services needed for your event so you can enjoy the event with your guests., we also provide a service for daily meal deliveries, the food is delivered to your residence in temperature controlled boxes, ready to heat and serve with our 6 week cycle of rotating menus there is a minimum repetition of the menu items.
