Introduction: Being in Child Care in High School really opened my eyes and senses to the passion for learning in youth. It's a challenge, both personally and professionally, to be able to successfully interact with a child and find out how THEY can best absorb the material presented, not simply following an outline. This is how I choose to go about personal and individualized instruction based upon the student's own abilities and natural rate of progression.
That moment when you're able to help a student breakthrough a previous impasse that others either quit upon or simply moved on from. No element of interest to a student should ever be left behind. Their interest in what you have to say from that point forward will remain with your lack of sincerity.
