I offer a vast variety of training methods to keep training fun and challenging. Specialty training is available with TRX suspension training, CrossFit preparedness and pre and postseason sports-specific training.
I have 20 years of experience with proven results, graduated in Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the Illinois State University, am NASM certified and an L1 TRX trainer.
