My experience was amazing 🤩 I needed a wedding bouquet last minute so I headed down to Kroger and this lovely young lady did an amazing beautiful job and helped me with everything I needed very satisfied 😊

Bethany is excellent. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for but she helped me find the perfect flowers . I'm never going anywhere other than to Kroger and Bethany again. I usually have frustrating experiences with people trying to over charge and sell things I don't need. None of that happened with Bethany. I couldn't have been happier with her service

My pricing is affordable. I do allow discounts, depending on if a customer is spending a lot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start by introducing myself, then I ask what project needs to be done, what time and day, and I give a detailed rundown of the pricing. I will also exchange contact information if need be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is through highschool, I am currently working in the floral shop at Kroger. I got promoted to be the floral manager around March and quickly got my own dept. I got trained by some of the best florist in the division!
