These gentleman went above and beyond with my home renovation! I’ve had a few contractors in the past but never like these. Talk about professionalism, overly communicative and perfectionist to the fullest. Thank you Perfection Builders for the amazing job you all did!

Overall, untrustworthy and unreliable. I could not get a straight forward contract out of them to save my life. Needed our bathroom gutted and remodeled, as well as other areas of the home. Nothing was itemized. No idea how much was allotted for tile that wasn’t yet selected, for example. We were on a serious time constriction for a smaller project (that I wanted to complete before an almost $50,000 bath reno on purpose, to ensure I could trust them) and he insisted we go ahead and get started before a contract was signed. He, Sebastian (one of the owners), had given me a price, and halfway through upped the cost. I called him out and he apologized, said he was embarrassed… told me I could pay what I thought was fair at the end of the job. He ended up ghosting me after a week of trying to contact him and my house was left completely undone. I have furniture moved all over the place, a chandelier hanging by the wires, half our garage space is taken up only allowing one car, etc… just completely ditched. I’m pregnant with a 2 year old, and am scrabbling to find someone else to complete this job. Sebastian is charming and very available to reach in the beginning, but there were a lot of red flags and I was proven right in my gut feeling.
