Beware! We had Cory do a full gut to our home. In the beginning every thing was great, Then the nightmare began: He could never communicate very well with us, there would be days where no one would hear from him. We redid the floor plan in which he missed measured walls and doors, now some doors do not open at all or only a little ways. Walls are not straight. In our bathroom lights, mirrors, and sinks do not line up they are all off from each other. The major problem we had was our closet shelf completely falling off the wall because he didn't secure it to the wall. He can not be trusted because he has no accountability for these problems, he blames everyone else.

Cory took out my whole closet and went in with a 3 clothes poles, one for long dresses; one for pants and one for blouses and a built in shoe closet to put all of my shoes! The closet is beautiful now! He did a great job of cleaning up and painting without getting paint everywhere. He has replaced ceiling fans, light switches, and other jobs for me, including a new toilet. He does outstanding work, is reliable, and is very trustworthy! Cory gets the job done and done right! I would recommend Cory for any repair, rebuild or remodel that you done! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AND GLAD YOU CHOSE REBUILD FOR YOUR JOB!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief phone coversation to get an overview of what the customers needs are, we schedule for an initial site visit. Once we conduct the site visit, measurements are taken and then the estimate is prepared. The typical turnaround on an estimate is 72 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a previously licensed adjuster (Texas All-Lines). I have been in the residential loss restoration and remodeling industry for 7 years now. I also have been IIRC certified and am Level 3 Xactimate certified.
