- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief phone coversation to get an overview of what the customers needs are, we schedule for an initial site visit. Once we conduct the site visit, measurements are taken and then the estimate is prepared. The typical turnaround on an estimate is 72 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a previously licensed adjuster (Texas All-Lines). I have been in the residential loss restoration and remodeling industry for 7 years now. I also have been IIRC certified and am Level 3 Xactimate certified.
