Some of our benefits are: - We include an infrared scan of the home with every full TREC home inspection by an infrared certified thermographer, a $100-200 value. - We climb on most roofs. - We check the foundation with a computerized ziplevel. *The automated initial estimate that pops up is for a TREC home inspection only. - Inspection start times are 8 AM and 1 PM. - Termite inspection ordered without a home inspection is $125. - All bids on this app are for our Basic Home Inspection package. Upgrade for $90 if you need a termite report or $130 if you need a termite report and lawn sprinkler inspection. - All prices quoted here are automated initial estimates for a TREC inspection only, that need to be verified by our staff. The app does read the notes keyed in on the request and does not quote for additional services like pool, spa, termite report, septic, well, sewer scope, additional apartments, buildings, etc. Let us know in the chat what you services require and we will quote the additional services we provide. - All prices provided are per inspection. Multiple inspections and reinspections are similar in cost to the initial inspection - If you need to cancel an inspection, please cancel it in this app to avoid a $100 cancelation fee. - Inspections rescheduled or canceled the day of the inspection add $100 fee to the order. *We also have additional services that can be added: - VOC sampling to determine levels of certain volatile organic chemicals from mold, fuel, cleaning products, cosmetics for $210. - Mold sampling and reports including 2 interior and 1 exterior air samples is $260 if we are already there or $360 if booked separately, and goes up depending on what is needed. - Pool and spa inspection $187 - Conventional septic system inspection $210 - Aerobic septic system inspection $160 - Sewer scope or sewer line locating is $260 or $160 if we are already there. - Well water sampling depends on the level of water testing required usually $120-500. - Well functionality inspection with home inspection add $50. - Lawn sprinkler inspection, add $40 per sprinkler system. - If the home has a crawlspace, add $100. - Saturday inspections add $100. Sunday inspections add $1,000. - Additional apartments or units are $200 or more each, depending on the size, age, & location.
