    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      Our Property Management service is a flat fee each month. There is a Leasing fee that is also charged for each new tenancy. The leasing fee is not charged when a tenant renews their lease.
    • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I started as a real estate investor. I bought foreclosure properties, remodeled them, sold some, kept others.
