I interviewed Freddie before the job and one thing I liked was his honesty about installation. One plumber told me I could use an extension cord for a tankless install but Freddie told me honestly that it was a code violation. Another A/C professional told me I could not install a warning when my tank was leaking but Freddie knew about the audible warning and automatic shutoff that I knew existed. I think I chose the right professiona l for the job and his labor warranty and insurance tilted me to his company.
