Latest Review: I decided last fall that I would start to do something for myself and attend Katy total body fitness camp. I couldn't have made a better decision. Terry has been there to motivate me along the way. He is an excellent trainer and full of knowledge. He provides excellent communication in regards to making sure that I am doing what I should be. If I start to come less there will be a text message. The boot camp is exciting and different every day. It is definetely not boring which is one of the reasons I continue to attend. This is a very challenging and motivating boot camp run by Terry Randle!!

Latest Review: Will has always done a great job of breaking down the exercises/routine and providing clear instruction on form, how to maximize results and more importantly, safety. I was a novice so it was really important to find someone who pushes you but was still cognizant of form. I've been training with him for 4+ months starting out 3x/week and increased it to 4x. I would absolutely recommend him to any potential client.

Latest Review: This is my first time working with a personal trainer and my experience has been nothing but positive. José Alberto is 100% committed to get the results you are looking for. When you are training with him even little adjustments he does when lifting weights, from the way you position your shoulders or back to how your far apart your feet are make a great difference and the best part is that you see the results. I have been working with him for only one month and I have seen faster results with him by training smarter and targeting those areas that you want to improve.

Latest Review: When it comes to reaching your full potential of physical fitness Coach Jackson will help you to reach and obtain your desired goals. He improved my 40yd dash from 4.72 to 4.41, with speed and strength drills that are second to none. Regardless of your sport or profession his knowledge is on point. Coach Jackson helped me to obtain all American status in college while also being in top shape playing in Europe. I would not put my physical conditioning in another coaches hands. Latest Review: I have been working with Alex for just a little while, two weeks, but I had good reasons to choose him as my personal trainer (I met two trainers before deciding on Alex). First, he is very serious about his job and dedicated. Second, working full time as a trainer gives him the chance to perfect his style and fully dedicate to his training sessions and clients. Third, I like the fact that he is quiet and focused on training. I find his style pretty unique, a combination of strength, stretching, gymnastics, and yoga. Also, I had many questions and not only he answered every one with patience but with knowledge as well. If there is something that I really do not like is when I get an answer that lacks knowledge. I am looking forward to a good long training relationship.keep up the good job Alex!

Latest Review: Greg is my personal trainer at Houston Gym. At the request of my naturopathic and primary care physicians, I was instructed to begin a resistance training program to address a few health issues. I was skeptical of personal training, was unsure of my capacity to "stick-to-it" and achieve my aims. The owner of the gym suggested I work out with Greg. 2 months later, I am in better shape than in my 30s (I'm 54). Greg is conscientious, knowledgeable, skilled and is exemplary at tailoring my workout to fit my aims. He knows how to vary a work out (upper and lower) to address not only groups of muscles but refine the workout so as to address specific muscles that need toning. His attention to detail helped me calibrate and equalize what seemed to be an strength imbalance between my left and right sides (very odd). He is also quite patient, truly listens and varies the workout routine to keep it building my body without the boredom that can be possible in working out. Not only is Greg a great trainer, but he also is quite knowledgeable about the body's musculoskeletal system and the nature of injuries to the system. I recently had a shoulder injury (doing upward dog in yoga); and had to see an orthopedic specialist. Greg was very sensitive to the doctors instructions and modified my upper body workouts in such a manner that I can continue to build my upper body at the same time give my shoulder injury time to heal. Without question, the reason I'm still with Greg as my personal trainer is that he makes it a challenge, yet always within my range. Highly recommend Greg
