I contacted Silver Water Solutions based on the highly rated reviews. I was in need of deep cleaning in my apartment because I was moving by the end of the month. Mark(owner) was very quick in responding and came out initially 2 weeks prior to my move out date because I wanted to make sure i had everything cleaned before my move out date and have them return for a second clean. He was honest and confident enough to tell me, "we don't have to do it today and we can come back and just do it one time so you can save money, we'll take care of you". It led me to believe that he trusts in his work quality. He even catered to cleaning my carpets as it was one of his specialties. Fast forward to my last day to move out, the Silver Water Solutions team came out and did a remarkable job! I couldn't believe my eyes, every inch was cleaned, it was very detailed work. The dust that covered my blinds, the soap scuds on the faucet handles, the shower, it was such a great job. They even moved my refrigerator to clean areas that are typically missed or overlooked. It looked like I had just moved into the apartment brand new. Mark was very kind, and extremely helpful, I will definitely be hiring his company for future cleaning. I can't say enough great things, Thank you Mark, for being courteous, helpful, professional, and most importantly detailed.

The team did a very good job. Two ladies showed up on time and went to work right away. Before they left they asked me to approve their work. There were a couple things I asked them to go back over which they did without hesitation. I am very hard to please as I don't think anyone can clean my house better than me but I was very happy with the service provided. I called Mark the same day to inquire about getting some pet stains out of the carpet and he came over himself and got the stains out with in 15 minutes of arrival. I will definitely use this company again. Everything was so easy and the employees were very pleasant. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Job well done.

Silver Water Solutions did exactly what they said they would and definitely met my expectations - and I have high expectations! I asked for a deep cleaning of my house with eco friendly products and for my carpets to be steam cleaned. They gave me a very competitive price and were flexible on what day to come. I had a baby on the way and needed my house cleaned fast and thoroughly. It's spotless now.

Hired them to clean every 3 weeks plus had them clean my carpet in the main living area plus bedroom. The house smelt and looked so clean! You couldn't ask for more polite people. Mark and staff have done whatever it takes to do a job well done.

This company has been incredible from start to finish on repairing a hole we had in our ceiling that was cut out by plumbers and patching another area in a windowsill that was damaged prior to us moving in. The areas were professionally patched up and textured by Eduardo and were painted the next day by the project manager(Cayden) who came early in the morning as promised. These guys are in and out quickly, are extremely polite and professional, and the quick responsiveness to emails and texts by the owner is greatly appreciated. Within 5 min of submitting my project on Thumbtack, I already had the best quote on hand through this company. Prices are super fair and affordable. We would love to keep hiring you guys for future projects that we have in mind so we’ll definitely be an ongoing customer!
