- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complications here! I have 3 different packages, all include print release. From there its up to you to choose what fits perfectly to what your looking for. Bam! Easy peasy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new customers usually starts with a phone call. I like to chat with new clients so I can quickly answer any questions they may have. I also like to chat over the phone so I am able to learn about their ideas and expectations of their photo shoot. Communication is very important to ensure my client is satisfied and understands the whole process to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching, reading and growing with the trade of photography. I am a part of many photography groups where I consult and grow with other photographers. With the technology out there I have to stay on the top of my game. Photography is a very competitive field now and there is no time to become complacent or I will be kicked to the back of the line!
