Water heater did not drain due to the drain valve being clogged. These guys were still able to get the water heater removed and installed the new one quickly. They went above and beyond and did a good job on the install.

They were punctual and got the job done on time. However I was not happy that they didn’t clean and dry the water in the drain pan before installing the new hot water heater

My water heater is located in the 3/F attic. A few contractors came by but only Bill gave me a written quote in details listing various options. Nikki at his office then followed up to answer all of my questions, whichever ones she doesn’t know, she’d find out and respond within a day. The crew showed up on time and the replacement work was completed promptly and cleanup was thorough. Besides being professional, Bill and crew are pleasant and eager to help. I would hire them again for future works.
