- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair year around prices for painting labor based on square footage and room size. We sell the customer paint for the project at cost, so there is no markup for paint. We can get better pricing than the customer can for paint at the local paint store. The only sales tax you will pay is on the paint. Labor is not taxed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A project manager will discuss the customer’s scope of work over the phone to get an idea of what they would like help with. A meeting at the customer’s house is set to see the project. An initial quote is given onsite (or virtually), and a finalized quote is emailed within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Owner of Grandeur Painting has 20 years of experience managing teams and achieving results through others. The Owner also has eight years of real estate sales experience and knows how to stage homes, which is an advantage to customers looking for opinions for the project space. Our painting pros are carefully selected and have 10 - 30 years of experience painting everyday. They are well trained in paint texture, paint type, application techniques, how to get desired results and paint behaviors in certain temperatures.
